Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how IPTVPro: Smart Player ("IPTVPro", "the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app.

IPTVPro is a media player. We do not provide or sell TV channels, movies, playlists, or IPTV service subscriptions.

1. Information you provide to the app

To use IPTVPro, you may enter playlist URLs, Xtream-compatible server details, usernames, passwords, EPG URLs, and related playback configuration. This information is used to connect the app to the sources you choose.

IPTVPro is designed to store this configuration on your device for app functionality. The app sends requests to the servers and URLs you configure in order to retrieve playlists, EPG data, media metadata, and streams.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details or Apple Account password. Apple may provide the app with purchase status and entitlement information needed to determine whether Premium access is active.

3. Local network, casting, AirPlay, and Picture in Picture

When you use casting or device-discovery features, IPTVPro may access your local network and, where required by iOS, Bluetooth-related discovery capabilities. Google Cast functionality may use Google-provided SDK components and services. AirPlay and Picture in Picture are provided through Apple platform technologies.

4. Face ID and biometrics

If you enable app lock with Face ID or another supported biometric method, authentication is handled by iOS. IPTVPro does not receive or store your biometric template or raw biometric data.

5. Recordings and local files

Recordings, thumbnails, favorites, playback history, playlist data, and other app state may be stored locally on your device. If you export or share a recording or file, the destination you choose may receive that file.

6. Diagnostic information

The app may create local diagnostic logs to help troubleshoot playback or StoreKit issues. These logs are intended to remain on your device unless you intentionally share them for support. We do not intentionally include passwords, full payment details, or Apple Account credentials in diagnostic logs.

7. Third-party services

IPTVPro relies on platform and third-party components for certain functionality, including Apple StoreKit, Apple media and authentication frameworks, Google Cast, and VLC-related playback components. Their processing of data is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Advertising and sale of personal information

IPTVPro does not sell your personal information. The app is not intended to use playlist credentials or viewing configuration for targeted advertising.

9. Data retention and deletion

Most app configuration and local content remains on your device until you remove it, delete playlists, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Expiration of a Premium subscription is not intended by itself to delete your playlists, favorites, EPG configuration, or local settings.

10. Children's privacy

IPTVPro is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Parental Controls are provided as an app feature and do not replace parental supervision.

11. Your choices

You can remove playlists, recordings, and other locally stored content from within the app where those controls are available. You can also remove local app data by uninstalling the app. Subscription management is handled through your Apple Account and App Store subscription settings.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the app, legal requirements, or platform functionality. The effective date shown above will be updated when the policy changes.
