Subscription Policy
This policy explains how IPTVPro Premium subscriptions work.
1. Subscription plans
IPTVPro may offer auto-renewable Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Premium subscriptions. All plans unlock the same Premium app functionality; the billing period differs.
2. Pricing
Prices are displayed by Apple in your local storefront and currency before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and may change in accordance with App Store rules.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable rules.
4. Payment
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Apple manages billing, payment processing, receipts, and subscription status.
5. Free trials and introductory offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, it will be shown before purchase. Eligibility is determined by Apple. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the paid plan shown at checkout and renews according to that plan.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel or manage your subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting IPTVPro does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
7. Restore Purchases
If you have an active eligible subscription associated with your Apple Account, use the app's Restore Purchases option to request synchronization with the App Store.
8. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable refund policies and local law. IPTVPro cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
9. Expiration and local data
When Premium access expires, subscription-gated app functionality may become unavailable until you subscribe again. IPTVPro does not intentionally delete your playlists, favorites, EPG configuration, or local settings solely because a subscription expires.
10. Plan changes
If you switch between available subscription plans, the timing and billing treatment of that change are handled by Apple according to the App Store subscription group rules.
11. Contact
For subscription support, visit the Support page. For billing, cancellation, and refund matters, you may also need to use Apple's account and purchase support tools.
