Terms of Use

1. IPTVPro is a media player

IPTVPro does not provide, sell, host, distribute, or bundle television channels, playlists, movies, series, or IPTV services. Users add their own sources and are responsible for ensuring they have permission and legal rights to access and play that content.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use IPTVPro only for lawful purposes. You may not use the app to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, distribute unauthorized content, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

3. User-provided sources

Playlist URLs, Xtream-compatible credentials, EPG sources, streams, and other content sources are provided by you or your provider. IPTVPro does not control those services and does not guarantee their availability, legality, quality, uptime, compatibility, or accuracy.

4. Premium subscriptions

Certain IPTVPro functionality requires an active auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Available plans may include Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly options. Prices and billing periods are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront or region.

5. Free trials and introductory offers

If an introductory offer or free trial is available, eligibility and duration are determined through Apple's App Store systems. A free trial is only available when shown to you as eligible at the time of purchase.

6. App availability and changes

We may update, improve, remove, or modify app features over time. Some functions depend on iOS, your device, network conditions, provider capabilities, third-party SDKs, or the format of the media source.

7. Recordings and content rights

You are solely responsible for ensuring that recording, storing, exporting, casting, or playing content is permitted by the content owner, your provider, and applicable law.

8. No warranty for third-party services

IPTVPro is not responsible for outages, blocked streams, expired credentials, provider restrictions, inaccurate EPG data, or changes made by third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTVPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from third-party content, providers, network failures, or use of the app.

10. Apple terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. If an Apple requirement conflicts with these Terms, the applicable Apple requirement controls to the extent required.

11. Termination

We may restrict access to the app where required by law, platform policy, abuse prevention, or security needs. Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily remove locally stored app data.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
