When contacting support, include your app version, iOS version, device model, and a short description of the issue. Do not send playlist passwords or other sensitive credentials unless specifically required and you understand the risk.
Common topics
- Subscription: Use Restore Purchases in the app if an active Apple subscription is not recognized.
- Playlist issues: Confirm the playlist URL or Xtream-compatible credentials with your provider.
- Playback issues: Stream availability and quality depend on the source provider, device, and network.
- Billing or refunds: Apple handles App Store billing, cancellation, and refund requests.
